Magnesium – Process

Milling method: the magnesium ingot is milled to the required particle size, and after screening and grading, the finished magnesium powder is obtained. Process diagram: Magnesium ring—acid washing—car end face—milling—air twitch separation—sieve classification—magnesium powder of different specifications—mixer mixing—packaging—inspection and acceptance—finished product.
Salt coating method: used to produce granular magnesium powder. Process diagram: Magnesium ingot and potassium chloride are mixed—melted—stirred out of the furnace—magnesium pellets and molten salt—jaw crushing—pulverizer crushing—sieving—magnesium pellets—packaging—finished product.
Non-salt-coated method: also used to produce granular magnesium powder. Process diagram: Magnesium ingot—milling—eddy current mill crushing—wind conveying—screening—inspection—packaging—finished product.
